If you are looking for a unique & amazing experience then look no further than Nyree. A combination of her healing hands, & the incredible technique that she uses to treat all her clients with is truly a spiritual & healing experience. If you allow yourself to go on “the journey” with her you will find that this experience will be a joint effort to reach your own personal discovery. My husband & I requested the Ayurvedic massage which uses special oils (they smell divine), powders & of course the Ayurveda technique. We loved it so much we drove all the way out to Mexico city twice (about 1.5hrs) from our hotel . After our treatments we both had a sense of well-being inside and out. It was one of the highlights to our trip to Mexico & we will be calling Nyree again as soon as we arrive back to this wonderful country. As a side note, pricing is great & very much worth it!

This was a great, really different massage in a beautiful setting. Although it may cost a little more than the typical mainstream spa massage it is well worth it and you are paying for Nyree's experience and training. I highly recommend taking the time to check it out!

Nyree has a gift from above and her one of a kind massage heals one from the inside out, as I have been a weekly client for over a year and it's a weekly highlight for my personal healing. I truly enjoyed the therapeutic massage with Nyree. She is an amazing professional doing what she loves. Her devotion to the therapy comes to show that healing people through Ayurvedic Massage is her calling in life. I felt very confident throughout the session, during the pulling, twisting and pressure techniques she was applying. The yummy herbs and scrub she used were far more comforting than slippery, sticky oil your would feel in any other regular message. After my experiences of feeling stretched out and relaxed I will be committing to at least one session a week with Nyree's invigorating therapy.

This massage was unlike others I've had. From breathing and moving techniques to the herbal elements and finally to Nyree's cosmic touch I experienced something far deeper than just a muscle massage. I knew it was a special technique when I felt my "third eye" open very wide and on a series near the end she touched and awakened my chakra centers. It was on par to reaching meditation or lucid dreaming. I felt cleansed, adjusted yet invigorated when done.

The massage is not expensive at all and it is a 1 hour full body massage which includes some fascinating techniques. Nyree studied in India, where she lived for 3 years. She is a fully certified Bodywork Therapist from the SAM School, India. Nyree is pleasant, energetic, professional and clearly enjoys giving massages. She was able to identify quickly were my problem areas were. In accordance with the Ayurveda philosophy, pure coconut oil and the dry powder of herbs and flowers is used - this mix opens the pores and facilitates even more the elimination of toxins. My skin felt lovely and clean. This massage is very special, offering deep strokes and lots of stretching techniques to enhance relaxation. For those who do not wish to leave their condo or hotel, I trust that for an extra fee Nyree also offers massages at hotels or similar. If you are in Mexico city don't miss it. Your body and mind will thank you for it!!!

I go to Nyree all the time and I find her oils help with sun burn and even insect bites which is amazing! Unlike other massages, Nyree's massages will leave you feeling relaxed, stress free and energized at the same time. Her massage includes rhythmic pressing and stretching of the entire body with deep massage; this includes fingers, toes, ears, knuckles, legs, arms, the back ext. At one point in the massage Nyree may gently assist in the arching of the recipient's back (of the massage) into bhujangasana or cobra position which strengthens the spine, chest and lungs, shoulders, and abdomen all at the same time. The receiver is put into many yoga-like positions during the course of the massage which is SO good for the body :):) Because of this Nyree's massages improve circulation, increases energy, increases flexibility, improves range of motion and help to centers the mind and body! How great is all of that! I love going for massages with Nyree over anywhere else (ie spas massage wellness centers) because of the knowledge and education. Nyree is a certified masseuse trained in India at a very reputable school. This (to me) is VERY important when having a masseuse work on me. When having any person touch you to conduct manipulation of superficial and deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to enhance function, aid in the healing process, and promote relaxation and well-being it is SO important that this person knows what they are doing! I was in Mexico city last week and made an appointment with Nyree and am so glad I did. The music was excellent and her massage technique is truly magical. She assisted me in some deep breathing exercises and I became very relaxed and grounded. She assisted in energizing my chakras and after the 1 hours session I was experiencing a deep blue in my mind's eye. Relaxing and spiritual to say the least. I laid there for an additional 15 minutes with a joyful cry. Truly magical don't miss out on this experience when in Mexico city. I've had a lot of massages and this is the top by far.

After a good session of surf, there is nothing better to soothe your aching muscles than Nyree's Massage. Unlike other massages, this massage is a combination of deep tissue strokes with stretches and controlled breathing exercises. As the titles says, this massage is therapy for your mind and body. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for relief after a strenuous day of activities . You will leave feeling like a new person.
