I was in Mexico city last week and made an appointment with Nyree and am so glad I did. The music was excellent and her massage technique is truly magical. She assisted me in some deep breathing exercises and I became very relaxed and grounded. She assisted in energizing my chakras and after the 1 hours session I was experiencing a deep blue in my mind's eye. Relaxing and spiritual to say the least. I laid there for an additional 15 minutes with a joyful cry. Truly magical don't miss out on this experience when in Mexico city. I've had a lot of massages and this is the top by far.

When visiting Mexico city you must see Nyree for your massage! She is kind & cares about the service she provides. With training from India she brings a different kind of massage for me the best I have ever had!! I have had 6 massages from Nyree & all of them wonderful.. She is consistent in her work which I find very professional... Don't waste your money on the little spas in town or on the beach you will not be satisfied... You will get the most out of your visit with Nyree & walk away with a wonderful smile of content...

Unlike a regular massage, this technique offers an exotic touch - which makes it interesting yet relaxing. Surrendering to stretches and scents from India, you will feel like your body detoxified and revitalized. I recommend this massage to anyone, Nyree is also a sweet and Professional Costa Rican that is now living in Mexico city with a lot of knowledge about the human body and natural remedies.

The best massage I have ever had. Take a cab if you don't have a car. There is a matress on the floor that you lie face down on and Nyree works her magic with a mixture of coconut oil lemongrass and some Indian concoction. At certain times you are directed to consciously breath in through your nose and out through your mouth which helps you relax and release while Nyree deeply massages and releases any tension you may have in your body. It was just what I needed as I had strained a muscle in my back and couldn't stand the pain. All better now! Do it ..you won't be sorry!

I am still smiling after my massage with Nyree. What a unique experience! The massage was part deep pressure, part stretching, part breathing exercises. Nothing like the same old commercialized spa treatments at large resorts. I left rejuvenated and energetic yet relaxed. The best massage I have ever had!

I am a regular client of Nyree and I keep returning for my "treatment” massages because She really is a wonderful masseuse. My first massage with Nyree was a gift for my birthday and what a gift it was, if you live here in Mexico city or just passing through and wish to give a special gift then her gift voucher packages are a wonderful idea. After the first session I could not think to go to anybody else, Nyrees knowledge of the body is vast, this massage is not what you would commonly receive where you would just get a friendly "rub down", she has a massage that incorporates deep stretches, breathing, pressure point stimulation, where your whole body is manipulated and you are worked to your very core. The Ayurvedic oils, herbs and flowers make you feel clean and fresh, the pure coconut oil not only smells yummy but is a great natural moisturiser too, I like to keep the oils on afterwards so they keep on working, keeps the relaxation going. This massage is excellent for the body and soul, it is so powerful. Your circulation, flexibility and energy levels will benefit greatly and the body will say thank you. Nyree has a natural gift with people, so warm and friendly, it really shows that she loves what she has a talent for. I go to Nyree all the time and I find her oils help with sun burn and even insect bites which is amazing! Unlike other massages, Nyree's massages will leave you feeling relaxed, stress free and energized at the same time. Her massage includes rhythmic pressing and stretching of the entire body with deep massage; this includes fingers, toes, ears, knuckles, legs, arms, the back ext. At one point in the massage Nyree may gently assist in the arching of the recipient's back (of the massage) into bhujangasana or cobra position which strengthens the spine, chest and lungs, shoulders, and abdomen all at the same time. The receiver is put into many yoga-like positions during the course of the massage which is SO good for the body :):) Because of this Nyree's massages improve circulation, increases energy, increases flexibility, improves range of motion and help to centers the mind and body! How great is all of that! I love going for massages with Nyree over anywhere else (ie spas massage wellness centers) because of the knowledge and education. Nyree is a certified masseuse trained in India at a very reputable school. This (to me) is VERY important when having a masseuse work on me. When having any person touch you to conduct manipulation of superficial and deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to enhance function, aid in the healing process, and promote relaxation and well-being it is SO important that this person knows what they are doing!
